Yes, we accept returns!

We truly hope you love what you order from us. However, if something isn't quite right, we're here to help! Please review the following return guidelines carefully:
Eligibility Criteria for Returns
Unboxing Video is Mandatory:
  • We kindly request you to record a clear unboxing video while opening your parcel.
  • This video must start before the package is opened and should clearly show the full product and any issue being claimed.
  • Without this video, return/refund requests cannot be accepted.
Return Request Window:
  • Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
  • Requests beyond this time frame may not be accepted.
Item Condition:
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Valid Reasons for Return:
  • You received a wrong item.
  • The item is damaged or defective (with valid unboxing video proof).
Invalid Return Reasons:
  • Returns based on change of mind after dispatch/delivery will not be accepted.
  • If the wrong product was ordered by mistake, we'll assist with a return or exchange, but shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the refund.
Return Process & Timeline
Approval & Shipping:
  • Once your return request is approved, the item must reach us within 10 days.
  • Please ensure you share the tracking ID for verification.
  • You must ship the product back to our return address (see below).
Return Item Processing:
  • We will begin processing your return on the same day we receive the returned item.
Inspection & Refund:
  • After inspection and approval, eligible refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days.
Refund Method:
  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Order Cancellations:
  • If an order is cancelled before it has been shipped, a full refund will be issued.
Return & Exchange

We're happy to offer exchanges under certain conditions. Please review the following guidelines:

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • A valid unboxing video is mandatory for processing exchange requests.
Valid Reasons for Exchange:
  • Wrong size or wrong item received.
  • Damaged or defective item (with valid unboxing video proof).
Exchange Process:
  • Once approved, you must ship the product back to our return address (see below).
  • After we receive and inspect the item, the replacement will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
Exchange Charges:
  • If the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged item), shipping is free.
  • In all other cases (e.g., wrong size ordered by customer), two-way shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Note: Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the requested item is not in stock, a refund will be issued as per our return policy.
